Dear Members: I am following the two cases which seems similar to our litigation and there hearing date was 9 & 10 January little ahead of us. These are 1) IMM-3727-12 and IMM-3275-12 may be I am wrong but just want to see what happen in these cases as till today no updates for Jan 9/10...

ME TOO... as most of the "DM" are from 2005 onwards and there arr very less for 2004.

From this and other similar posts by the members it looks to me that most of the 2004 cases are still in process whereas cutoff date is somewhere in Jan to June 2005 (I am July 2005 applicant), and after that date all "In Process" cases become "DM".

No idea about decision/Judgement, however, there is an important hearing on 14 to 16th January 2013 of class action application. Best of luck.

Thank you for sharing your story, CIC become Hitler, feels very sad for you that even your medical was valid they terminate your application. In light of your cases there is nothing good left for us through CIC except court order in our favor, let's see January 2013 hearing.

How are u so sure about your termination as you may receive your PPR requet soon, because in their system they normally sent general reply, but the problem is you have little time to act and join litigation otherwise, DM does not particularly means it is termination as per the other senior...

There is still a chance that your MR is on its way so you have now two options wait for the MR or Join Litigation as the closeing date is January 9th you have little time to act.

May be he applied in Feb 2008 so there is a chance that it fall under pre-2008 and not MI1
