    Study permit validity/re-application/admission deferral

Ah right, I missed this clause: If your application has been approved If your application for a study permit has been approved and you change your DLI, you must submit a new study permit application with a new letter of acceptance. You must also pay all the fees for the new application...

GTS LMIA Work Permit for Software Developer

You are right! I don't see much requirements for Category B, so hopefully it'll be fine. Ultimately, it's the employer who's going through the process; so as long as they are willing do it for you, you should be good. Good luck!

    Study permit validity/re-application/admission deferral

Are you able to change school on the IRCC account? I don't believe you need a new permit, as long as the current permit is still valid. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/change-schools/account.html

The second program needs to be completed within 2 years after completing the first program. Also just make sure that both programs are eligible for PGWP.

    LMIA in different field

I don't think cashier requires much experience, so probably not likely to be declined as long as you have a job offer with LMIA approved. Frankly for small towns where it's hard to find people, I've seen LMIA gets approved for basic jobs.

    LMIA in different field

LMIA isn't issued to a foreign worker, but to an employer. Who the employer hires with the LMIA doesn't matter.

    Never received IAD decision letter

Assuming that you haven't been in Canada in the last 5 years, your PRTD will likely be declined and you'll lose your PR status. Crossing a land border via US may be an option, but you'll likely be reported unless you are super lucky.

Study permit related question, URGENT!! help

The province where you study should not matter. As long as you the combined length of your study is 2 years or longer, you should get 3-year PGWP.

    Citizenship oath - outside Canada

You should have attended the meeting and explained your situation as you have not heard the response from your webform. Not sure why that's taking a chance -- not attending when they are expecting you to show up was a bad decision. I suggest submitting a webform again to explain the situation...

Impact of Having Vacation outside of Canada on PR Application while being on PGWP

I hope you are enjoying your vacation! What you do during PGWP doesn't matter for the PR process. However, it's the best time to get Canadian experience and I wouldn't want to waste a day (especially given the uncertain economy we are going through.)

Do realtors have the same access to listings?

You can check if your realtor is registered at https://www.reco.on.ca/RegistrantSearch Realtors have access to new listings a few days before the public. Also realtors tend to sell properties from their preferred neighborhoods, so it's pretty common for multiple listings under a single realtor.

Entering Canada as US Citizen but then living for 2 years to meet RO

Based on your previous posts, I think you are currently not meeting the RO. It's very likely that you'll be reported when you cross the border and lose your PR. Having said that if you don't get reported, you can stay for 2 years to get a new PR card and wait another year to for citizenship...

Student visa denied - any ideas on how i can improve my followup application ?

We are all volunteers here to help others. If you have hard time convincing your intention to study in Canada, it's definitely going to be harder to convince the officer who make the actual decision. If you have hard time figuring out the problem, I suggest contacting immigration lawyers or...

Is this LMIA confirmation is fake or real?

Fake. High Commission of Canada in the header doesn't make sense. The decision letter is intended for the employer and won't be delivered to Nigeria . The company "SENIOR COMPANION" appears to be fake.

No. In fact, I would advice against changing the name to make sure the name across different documents stay the same.

Voltage compatability - between UAE and Canada

It depends on the TV you have. Most modern TVs support 110-240V, but check the back of your TV. Also, broadcast wouldn't work as Canada uses NTSC, while UAE uses PAL. But if you are going to be hooking it up to a cable service (like Rogers/Bell), it shouldn't matter.
