Yes send it yourself to the address mentioned on the letter you got. Call them after a few weeks to follow up.

They never send you the new number. Just use the temp number to follow up in case you don’t get your notes after 30 days.

Send them an email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with your tracking number. They will send you your notes in a few days.

When does the BG check starts? Date of AOR or from the day when they start processing your file?

You have to be in Canada to attend Oath ceremony and there are no exceptions to this rule.

So BG check is in progress? If thats the case submit a webform and give them a call. Sometimes they just forget that your file exist. I called a few times and requested client service agent to leave a note for the officer. Not sure if it would help but worth a try in my opinion.
