New tracker doesn’t show in process date. So you are good if it is only showing application filed date. Try sending them a webform maybe FP request is pending for you. Do you know your processing office?

Already gave my fingerprints in March and criminality is set to passed in my notes. My file is stuck in security screening.

Got my notes from CSIS. It just says that your security screening case is still in progress. It doesn’t disclose anything else. I think it’s of no use to apply for these notes.

But you can still apply for GCMS notes from CSIS I guess. Is security section redacted just like IRCC gcms notes?

I followed up with CBSA on getting only 6 pages of notes and they replied. This is the new format of GCMS we now provide. The notes and case status updates are all included in the records. Anybody else who applied recently for notes and got this reply?

IMO ... they can’t check your search history or Google logs because this is not US. Privacy laws are very strict here. Though they can still look into open sources like FB, Twitter or Linkedin. Whats your take on this?
