Travel history is meant to show all travel outside your country of nationality and country of residence. Personal history shows what you did in your country of residence - student, employed, unemployed, etc. So, no, you don't need to put brief travel in personal history.

Count me in too folks, just submitted my 1113 application last week. I'm a trader/fund manager. For the longest time I didn't notice 1113, and was trying to force-fit my application into 1112. Once I saw the description for 1113, I started to breathe easier :)

1112 has two sub-categories - financial analyst and investment analyst. If you fall under the second category, in some cases it may be possible to apply under 1113. This is what I have done, though I would highlight that in my case 1113 is a very strong fit with my job description.
