I'm in a similar boat. I just created my profile today after receiving the completed ECA from WES. CRS 410 and NOC code 2172 and praying for NOI from Ontario soon.

I just filled out my EE profile. The system lets you enter in all your work experience, no matter how old (mine dates back to 1998 and spans 4 NOC codes, and I entered it all). So just enter in all of your work experience and you should be fine.

I am happy to report that I received an email at 9:19 AM Eastern time today (July 10) that my evaluation has been completed. So I have finally submitted my EE profile and am now signing up for the job bank. I have only 410 CRS points, so I am praying for a job offer or provincial nomination.
