Stupid question here again... The instructions don't specify if I can take a test at any given time during the test window or will I have to choose a specific time slot and some instructor will be watching me live on the webcam to administer the test.

God is kind! :) Just checked the new tracker and it shows action waiting on me! Status updated to In Progress (Citizenship Test) on 14th Sept and need to take citizenship test between Sept 24 and Oct 24. I am assuming I will get an instruction email a couple of days before Sept 24.

Is there a way to check which local office are we assigned to?

I am safely assuming that GCMS notes request makes sense only after old ECAS shows In Process?

Yes I noticed the same. My AOR was received on July 7th. Old ECAS shows Application received on March 30th which is correct. The new tracker says application created on May 3rd which I think was the date the data was entered into the new tracker.

I think that explains the wait for 2 months (upto 8 months based on what I have read here!) for the first action to happen on the file after AOR is received. Language Test results at least should not take 2 months. I have sent the TRF report with the application (even if expired report!) and...

Shows all 4 elements as In Progress and of course for Test and Ceremony. Per the new tool my application was created on 3rd May 2021.

I have another quick question here...for registering on the new dashboard , will I get an email from IRCC to create an account? Currently if I click on the link it shows an error.
