    Hi, my eligibility review 3 weeks ago rolled back from “we are reviewing your eligibility” to “we will send you a message when we start to review”. It is still in that status and didn’t start again. Any idea about that? Also 2 days ago I got an update on the tracker but nothing changed.

    Yes it’s normal. I also got the letter a few hours after submission. I completed the bio the next day.
