Got test invite. (on tracker)

Do you know which office? Im not a may applicant(nov2021) but I seem to have a similar story here, waiting for test invite as well.

I sent an email to the vancouver office as well. Hoping for something soon..

I notice so many people received their test invites before BG check and some receive it shortly after it completes. I still haven't received it. So weird.

I read somewhere that background checks are valid for 1 year as well?

yeah thats very confusing indeed. Ive been told twice that my file is with vancouver. But theres been no hard evidence of that specially if the BG is handled by Syndey. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm still awaiting test, which i can presume will end up coming from the vancouver office.

hah, I just received my CBSA notes. I'm not sure when it was generated but the letterhead says March13. The filename says March15??? Both security/criminality say not started, but it looks like it was started 2022/02/07 LOL.. I also see that RCMP/CSIS requested says 'no'. Nothing too exciting...

my BG just completed on March6th. Awaiting Test..

wow speedy timeline! congrats. What email did you receive correspondence from? That'll likely tell you your office.

how long after your BG check completed till you got the test? Or was it other way around for you?

So much of this still doesn’t make sense to me. I requested GCMS notes in October last year. When I received the notes a few weeks ago, they were generated in December and clearly showed that no background check activities had started. So I’m curious to know if the notes were just pure garbage...

@MTLresident weird how we presumably have different offices but got updated at the same time after such a long wait. Does your application have last updated with todays date as well? Also if you scroll down it’ll show you the day bg was completed. Mine shows the 6th.
