i would be honest here, i would rate this letter 6. My best advice to people writing letters and essays is to write DIRECT. For eg, couldnt, shouldnt words should be seldom used.

the target was approx 1 million and each year IRCC had planned to get ~333k( from 2017- to early 2020). the immigrants landed since 2017 are close to 830k. This number is not just express entry.

Hi, i would recommend no, 449 is a good score as for 2019. Stay calm. I am pretty sure there are chances of score staying between 445-451 this year. Hope that helps.

i think you have a chance.. i am pretty sure the score is coming back to 451/450. Saying that, i am skeptical of it going below 445, unless there are back to back draws. Checking the historic data, during fall the ITA's have decreased to ~3000. So 450 is still a good chance in 1-2 months.

Just for reference... express entry might halt by early 2020!!!

you must have got an email stating something required..maybe ADR or somehting else. better to call or email them
