I think NO. when you fill in the questionnaire for super visa, it will ask you that were biometrics submitted. Biometrics are valid for 10 years, since first time submission.

I would recommend to wait for medical request. The case can be you get a ,medical done, but that report is not what IRCC is looking for. So just have patience
