It took me 32 days to get. I couldn’t figure what is means Out of Scope in the Gcms.

Have you notice that some applicants whose case received after Jan, 2020 has been completed from same Regional Visa Office in overseas while IRCC claims file has been impacted by Covid-19. I wish IRCC could shed a light on being selective of the applications?

I did ask that question on IRCC twitter hasn’t got reply yet. IRCC processed/completed file received Jan-March 2020 while some applicants received in June, 2019 same Regional Visa Office have not even been tough in 9 Month Due to Covid. Why is that?

My question was why some files are not being processed after easing the Lock down but others files received in 2020 are already completed? Why Covid-19 hasn’t delay those 2020 files? IRCC has ability/resource to process previous received files same time.

Are there any more June, 2019 Applicants whose still waiting for DM? Please Check in so you know you’re not alone. The wait is very depressing
