When did you submit the app? There may be some delay in logging info into their system. And what did the system say about unable to login?

I heard from my rep that additional documents will be viewed after the deadline (30 days).

What does your myCIC say? You should call as you have passed the 12 months mark.

I have the same line#5 on December 27. My rep told me that they will wait until the deadline (which is the deadline they gave you, in 30 days) to open your documents. I got updated on Feb 1, so appr. 5 weeks. Hope this information helps.

Ask your rep to confirm that they received: AIP, SA, and DM letter. After these three letters, wait for the landing interview invitation, which is also a letter.
