I think they will wait until the additional doc deadline (For me it is Jan 26) to view the document. That is what my representative told me. Not sure how accurate it is.

I lived in Australia for 2 years (not my home country), they ask for Australia non-criminal check and Full Driving History (or an explanation from authority to explain why I don't have it). I wasn't driving back then so I cannot provide the latter, so I request an official letter from VicRoad...
