That is correct email address. I suggest you call and follow up as its been more than a month.

I submitted them with my spouse's application. If they didn't ask you then I suggest don't submit at this moment. Just have it ready in case they ask it later.

I sent them all requested documents via email. I will be sending PCC and Spouse's passport pictures via mail in 2 weeks. Hoping I will get a positive response soon. BTW I'm a Sep 2014 applicant.
