I'm a protected person,I added my husband at last stage when they called to gave me my landed they told me I cannot land single so I add him on January 19th file has been moving very fast...I thank God for that hopefully soon I'll get pr....

Received GCMS today. I see my spouse has been added. No major updates since Feb 2014. Principal applicant's criminality in progress. Eligibility, medical, security not yet started. This is frustrating.

Immigration itself is frustrating. ..I've been in the system since 2006 apply for pr January 2010 it's 2016 an I'm not a pr...patient an more patient hopefully we will all get pr soon this yr should be our year

Hi guys,

I have a question, If you are already waiting for your PR application, and you add your spouse does that mean her sponsorship application will get expedited or your application will be delayed ?

I am not married yet haha and seeing that processing time is 18 months to sponsor someone from outside canada is just too long

and we are planing to do Medical Up front

Received medical for both 7th Feb 2016
received Passport request 6th April 2016 ( only for me not for my wife )

well in the email there is only my name... we have used same email id for both of us.
