I have tried linking my CIC account for this application but you need to have the UCI number. Which is either provided by CIC or may be I can still use my mom's visitor visa UCI number. BTW, I used that number in my application to provide all the history for my mom.

I received an email from CIC- got my Application number...yay!!! Application sent- Jan01 2015 Payment - CC (Feb. 2015) AOR letter - March 21st 2015
