Involves Media would be definitely great idea, IRCC need to be accountable and they should be more transparent and they should explain why so many applications are getting administrative errors on nationwide.

Yes, it's effects other province as well, my mother (55+) age and based in Saskatoon, oath schedule was Sep 26, 2023, then received cancellation email on 22nd September. So I can definitely say that, it's nationwide.

I am also waiting since 2nd week of July for the LPP to trun green.

Seems like IRCC shook all citizenship application nationwide, it could be just genetic (fake) update, nothing special !!

My BG was completed on July 15, still LPP is not clear, so you can guess !! IRCC is keeping us on waiting game !!

If you don't mind what is your timeline? Did they ask anything about Discover Canada or language skills ? My mother is 55+ and April 2023 applicant everything already green in the tracker except language skills and oath ceremony. So I am just wondering what step will be next for her.

How was your interview? Did they asked any questions or they just verifyed the documents ?

On my mother situation, I can see it's showing BG, Physical presence and Prohibitions are completed on the tracker, language skills on progress, that should be exempted due to age (54+), since those all three are completed, I don't understand which is holding them up to cancel the schedule...
