I have submitted via email and webform both. Email was way faster than webform. They asked for proof of payment of biometrics fee for my dad, even the letter instructed webform submission but I submitted via both. I got the BIL the next day so email works

I was able to call IRCC Today as i have not heard anything back from MP regarding my inquiry. Agent confirmed that our application has not been entered into the system yet and there is no timelines that when it will be entered. Application stays untouched even after 11 months.

Did you check your case officer when it was visible on F12. Mine was A**A.O**IZ@cic.gc.ca

I think they have removed a lot of information from F12 option. now you cant see the agent info Earlier you could click on F12 when in portal and under 'cases?' you were able to see the status , assigned case agent's email address and when was the last your documents were reviewed. Mine...
