My Medicals expired on Jan 17..Got 3 ghost updates in March and April ..but today when I got my web form response , it says security not initiated yet and Medicals expired ... very frustrating...

Eager to find out what’s happening and what for those ghost updates ? Don’t know how to contact them .. sent web form twice but I didn’t get any replies till now .. got ghost updates on feb 21, April 4 and April 18 .. medical expired on Jan 17 th but that too didn’t get updated whether extended...

Got ghost update now ... don’t know what it is for ... no changes inside ...
