I am afraid now, I mentioned the same, I even included a letter, thought this process will make my mind peaceful. Applied for spousal sponsorship in Nov 2022 and received pre-arrival email in April 2023, no sign about PPR yet Hope IRCC will optimize their performances in the future.

This is really unfair, new public policy introduced to reunite families, I think you should definitely contact immigration minister (email).
