Doesn't make any sense why they can't resume in person test now. If this is confirmed to be in person then maybe things will speed up in near future.

My wife's FP was sent to Vancouver too. Not sure why yours is taking that long but BG includes security and criminality, criminality is usually fast to complete compare to security, so as long as you have no criminal record and not a threat to Canada security you are okay. Good luck!

Sure, she received it on May 3, took it on May 4 via an approved agency, her tracker was updated today and FP received by IRCC on May 30 and BG change to complete yesterday May 31.
