I don't know why citibank isn't able to provide you one. I soon has to order mine from bank of america. I think you just download the statements, get them stamped and scan

That's my observation too. I'm at 440 and no ITA which would let us to conclude that the ITA start at the cutoff and proceeds upward

Looks like people with scores close to cutoff are getting the emails earlier.

Hahaha I think we all just gotta relax. If we stood above the cutoff, I presume we should be fine
