hi, i read it from whe website of CIC- Canadian experience class it says there that if your NOC code is 0 or A you should have gained a minimum CLB 7 in all four aspects...and if your under NOC Code of B, minimum CLB 5 in all for categories i.e. speaking, reading, listening and writing;)
