I am in the same boat too.
I have e-mailed HRSDC, here's the reply:
The National Occupational Classification (NOC) Web site provides information on the occupational coding system in Canada. It organizes over 40,000 job titles into 500 occupational group descriptions. It is used daily by thousands of people to compile, analyze and communicate information about occupations, and to understand the jobs found throughout Canada's labour market.
However, the question you are asking is related to the Canadian Experience Class Program. This Program is the responsibility of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). Therefore, you need to contact them directly or for more information, please visit their Web site at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/cec.asp
We hope this response has answered your questions, if not, simply reply to this e-mail ensuring that your reference number remains in the subject line.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have read
Operational Bulletin 521 – May 3, 2013
If you read the following OB applications submitted after 04/05/13 must use NOC 2011 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob521.asp
stating NOC codes changes.Approved LMO for food service supervisor is NOC 6212 as of 2012. Within this year, applying for CEC stream, would my application using NOC 6212 with be rejected because I have to apply as what LMO NOC provided?
Please advised.
