It is very normal. It has barely been 2.5 months since you submitted your application. Wait patiently for another month and if then nothing happens then you can choose to decide whether to order GCMS notes for your profile (after about 4 months of your submission)

this is really weird, definitely looks like a mistake. I think you can attach your receipt showing payment and send the passports and also upload an LOE explaining your situation. I am pretty sure this is a mistake unless you applied for the wrong program (which I doubt). Definitely attach...

Relax, some people even get their meds done in about 2 months. 27 days is just a rough guide. Take a deep breath and relax. It will come soon enough.
