    These days it is taking at least 30 days for people to get PPR. So i don't think anybody from the 19th would have gotten it. I think right now people with AOR Nov 12/13 are getting their MEPs.

    Yes, I don't think you have too many other options at this stage :p But, as somebody mentions in many cases the MEPs can take a little more than 30 days.
