My AOR is 4-Nov-18. For my POF I have shown cash in my savings bank account. Is it okay to touch those funds now? I am yet to receive PPR but I would like to put these funds in an FD or some debt instrument. Will this impact my application anyway?

Per immitracker FSW-O with AOR till 31-Aug have been given PPR (at least a sizable volume of applicants). Given this, I guess the PPR shower is around 1.5 months away for Nov’2018 AOR - somewhere in end of Feb’2019
