My application status on BLS site is showing as "Processing at Consulate General" It has been 4 working days (or more). OCI site is still not showing any status - when usign the passport number and DOB - it shows no application received.

Wait .. do we have to upload form 7 in oci application? I thought it was just a declaration that we need to upload

My surrender application is under processing at consulate since 04-Oct (20 days now). Postal application to BLS. Is this normal? I checked the passport india site as well - same status. How much more time should I expect?
