Try calling at 8 am in the morning, some client support center agents are kind to give an update.

I felt the same, it seems they are trained to respond in binary for any question you ask.

I completely agree with you, its an operational failure on their part. I hope they understand and accept it sooner otherwise applicants like us will wait forever.
