    Driving extracts in India to my knowledge does not track your insurance claims or tickets. Unless you had a driver suspension or have been criminally charged.

    You cannot just attach a name change form to the citizenship application. You should change it legally it is a different process. The process depends on the province you are in.

    I would wait for the Oath date before signing any forms. You can mail in the form and photos and get it signed. By the way I do not think even my closest friend would know my mother's maiden name. :) I think it is a general guideline they won't be asked to confirm any of your details.

    Only guardians/ parents can apply for a Child's passport. And it is not mentioned anywhere on the Child's passport on who the applicant is (Mother vs father or legal guardian). So to answer your question No there is no difference.

    1. Yes, get an authorization letter to be safe 2. Yes, if you tell them what size you want. I usually just take a picture with my digital camera, then use one of the online sites like idphoto4you dot com to get the right size in a 6X4. I take this to a Walmart and print for 20 cents.
