This is some good news now... I am able to open human capital stream application form. Earlier I was getting a message that they have reached the limit...which is not the case it seems..

Heres my comment on this. a1. One-Key has lot of sections which has nothing to do with express entry/immigration hence there are 2 workflow. The first one gets you inside the one-key and 2nd one is specific to PNP. a2. Enrolment number is nothing but application number, unless you create this...

You don't need any enrolment number if you are on the correct URL. Having said that, the actual URL is not working due to technical reasons. Once it goes live, you can create an application and then you get the enrolment number. You DO need the NOI to complete the application submission, but...

BTW for ONPNP You need to provide details of Last 10 years of work ex documents Or since 18 years if this was less than 10 years ago.. this means reference letters,contacts,payslips,bankstatement,Income tax

yes you will fall into 15 points bracket - this is subject to all the required document like reference letter, pay slip , etc

You can't use this Url unless you have the enrolment number, so just follow the instruction which I had given in my earlier post.
