umm, please be careful when sharing info on this forum. The information you are giving is totally wrong. WES accepts xeroxes of both transcripts and degrees that have been attested and signed by the university.

you are welcome. assuming you got your work done. Another way you can do this is toget it stamped by your college and not sealed, but stamped again by the university and then sealed in all together. Just to make sure that you have the university's stamp on all your documents.
