    don't read too much into the location you wrote it at bit. A friend wrote it with me in Mumbai (IDP), she got her result at 10 am. Me and the missus haven't yet. I received the 27th January mail, while the missus hasn't.

    CRS scores it all depends. Remember that IT folks can also move to Australia pretty easily, although Canada does look like the likelier option. Additionally, it could be a temporary spike. Nevertheless, an excellent assumption.

    be patient is all I'd say. 430 isn't a terrible CRS score. Your scores are very low for IELTS; however, the bump in scores by about 3-4 points may be tough for you considering the level you are at.
