Sorry I didn't fully understand. You were in Canada and fell under NOC 4012? What went wrong with that? I though if you are eligible for FSWP, and fall under NOC 4012, country should not matter, or would it??

Yea I was on a work permit, and have completed PhD from Germany, so outside Canada. Was a little skeptical as despite I was paid for teaching and research related work, I eventually gained a PhD degree finally. But its clear now.
