Work exp confusion between FSWP and CEC

Hello all,
I would like to double-check the work exp requirements for FSWP and CEC programs. While its true that for the CEC program, work exp gained while being a full-time student would not be considered, does the same hold true for the FSWP as well? On the FSWP work exp requirements page, the only conditions mentioned are w.r.t the minimum number of working hours and in the same job. I just wanted to cross check if this is true, and that I have not missed out on any information. So for instance, would work exp gained (full time or an equivalent part time) while enrolled in a PhD program, like teaching or research assistant related jobs, qualify under FSWP? Any insight would be really helpful.
Thanks :)

Work experience gained in Canada under a study permit will not be considered for calculation of points for work experience under Express Entry. However, any foreign experience gained as a student (whether part-time/full time) will be considered towards calculation of work experience.

Mostly true except for NOC 4012.

Thanks guys! :) So,that means, my work-exp as a PhD employee (from outside Canada), can be considered towards point calculation? I had a part-time work contract that included teaching and research assistant related jobs. However I was also doing my own PhD work simultaneously, but that should not be an issue, or would it be?
