You should receive a letter with your receipt of payment and the confirmation that they received the package. That would be the date.

Look up the doctor on their website and go. You may have to pay to get it done. Then send the information to them. I’m not sure how to go about getting it to them because he was asked to do it by IRCC.

I suggest anyone to do the medical upfront! My husband got his CSQ 3 months after I sent the App to Midi. It was rec’d Jun 3 got the answer August 28. Right now, his medical was approved but I’m not sure what happens next? Many thanks!
