I got my portal credentials on June 18th but still no eCoPR. Anyone else in the same boat?

FYI I have been keeping track of how long it's taking IRCC to process applications based on the data they update weekly on their website. It looks like they are only getting slower and slower at finalizing citizenship applications :(

I got my PR portal login credentials this morning but they don't actually work on the website. Anyone else experience this issue?

I got my portal email on June 14th around 3pm. Looks like my VO was Etobicoke.

I'm not sure. I did not ask when speaking with IRCC. I am based in Toronto but my representative is in Montreal.
