How were you able to get it rescheduled?

Both of the people I referenced in my post were Sep 2020 applicants!

I wonder why some people are getting oath in October and others are seeing them scheduled 6 months out!

Anyone else feel like their application is urgent although it does not meet the official criteria set out by IRCC? I keep re-reading the urgent processing rules in the hopes that one of the situations they outline might magically apply :(

IRCC is only getting slower at processing their backlog of citizenship grant applications.

Just a heads up - my partner's lawyer suggested he proactively send his passport pages, as maybe it might get someone to take a look at his application and they wouldn't have to do the back and forth when the request eventually comes in. He sent it over and IRCC responded saying they didn't ask...

Going stir crazy constantly checking the tracker waiting for test invite

For those getting FP request. Was your background check complete before or in progress? My partner is in the same boat as many with BG check completed Apr 12 and then no update since Apr 23. I am getting antsy checking multiple times a day!

I thought that the test status updates to in progress before you actually receive the invite, so I check the status every morning (sometimes more than once a day).

I got portal credentials on June 18 and uploaded my photo and address on that same day. I received eCoPR on June 30th but then heard back on July 11 that my photo was rejected. I uploaded a new photo the same day and got the notice July 25th that my address and new photo were accepted and my...

Photo and address were accepted today. My portal case status now says closed and accepted!

I got my eCoPR on June 30 and heard from IRCC yesterday that they rejected my photo. I made a rookie mistake and sent in a photo where I was smiling. Anyways, I uploaded new photos yesterday and will share once I hear more.

Does anyone know if it's possible to emigrate Canada while a citizenship application is in progress and only come back for oath? Assuming the address on file with IRCC remains valid (i.e. lawyer's office)

I agree to some extent. The data from this forum is all self-reported, but since that data is from the government website, it is the best information to indicate the direction they are heading (getting slower instead of faster). I wouldn't even say it helps to ballpark since we know...

Can someone please explain what the GUs look like after receiving eCoPR? I received eCoPR yesterday but am using a representative so I only have access to the PR portal (not the IRCC portal). How long should I expect for my photo to be reviewed and for the card to be mailed?

How did you know it was approved and mailed? Was there an update in the portal or did they email you?
