not yet, I haven't. and I didn't connect to my account as I found in the forum people writing that it would be difficult to apply for express entry. may be I will try express entry if nothing will change with current times of processing paper based applications

looks sad... why its all happening like this? is it your first BOWP request or already second one? is it possible to receive two one by one? as BOWP is for 1 year and it looks like it takes almost 2 years to receive PR:(((
