I received my oath invite email the same day my tracker update, but still have not received instructions on the e-certificate download portal. People who've already done the oath by video, do they reconfirm if you want e-certificate or physical copy at registration?

People who took the video ceremony for oath as a family. Do you both join on one computer? I know we have separate seat numbers, so do we just use zoom with the name i.e "seat 1 & 2"

So on the notice to appear email, there was a PDF attached with all the instructions (i didn't notice it at first, I just read the physical email) It gives you a seat number and time, along with a zoom link to click and passcode to enter. It gives you a time the ceremony starts, and says 2.5 hours

Hi everyone I received oath email today but not e-certificate portal email - did people receive this the same day, or does it take a few days to come through?

We both got zoom but i'm assuming it might take a day to come through?

Did it update on tracker or did you just get an oath email?

I think emails can come at anytime, but agree with everyone else in terms of tracker updates. For example, I got my test invite by email at 4pm on a random weekday, but wasn't updated till 2 days later on the tracker. Tracker updates Monday - Saturday Email updates (test / oath invites) -...

I've seen some people get the email first, and then the tracker update two days later. Then I've seen some get tracker update but waiting on the email. So could go either way I suppose!

I always think Mondays are quiet, if it takes two days to reflect on the tracker odds are the earliest we'll hear of any update is a Wednesday? but maybe thats just my theory lol

I have a similar timeline to you, and same office. test complete: Jan 4, LPP complete: Jan 22. Oath: Not started
