its better if u get a new one. if u hvae printed the dates on fd 258 then try changing it and send it. fingerprints dont change. if u want u can get a new set of fingerprints. now a days fbi pcc is given within 3-4 days after it reaches fbi headquarters.

u need to fill . name . address . reason for getting it done(ircc or immigration) citizenship, ht , wt, eye color dob etc u dnt need to put ssn number or ocr number if u dn hv it

u can use stamp pad and get a well rolled finger prints on printed fd 258 on a4 size paper . go on fbi idhs website and create an account, then fill ur details and follow the instructions. u will get ur fbi pcc within 5 days after the fingerprints reach the fbi.

u dont need to mention ori number if u r not from usa.

i dont think u will face any problems..

it will surely work. get it notarized with international stamp(if in India)

raise a cse.. tell them ur situation aand ask for 60 days extension

wait till the last wk of submission deadline. it will give you enough time in getting fbi pcc and cover up with the extension time. if u submit now, u might get one extension and u might not get ur fbi pcc in that time and then worry for another extension. so its better to wait till the last...
