does a person who already have pr needs ielts academic for studying in canada ??

My packet reached on July 14th, Credit card charged October 12th they said fingerprints are accepted and will ship it on October 16th, probably reach at my brother's address in US before 25th October.

dont worry.i just got an email that fingerprints have been accepted. i did that on my own and believe me people said that they are gonna get rejected 100%. so i sent 2 more requests. but they accepted my first one which i thought were bad. Just try to send multiple copies.

hello guys, i called fbi today, they were processing July 14th. my card was charged on 12th october.

My package reached on 14th july. Credit card was charged today. Anobody knows how much time they take for processing ?? And when can i call them to know whether my fingerprints got accepted or not ?

Any news what dates they are processing and opening ?? After how many days they charge the CC ?? And after how many days from opening they can tell the status of fingerprints whether Accepted or not ??

If u have given an explanation in LOE and provided the receipts of the courier u sent to fbi. They will automatically give you time. U dont need to ask. They will give u time when they ask for ADR. till now i think they havnt asked u for that. 60 days start when they ask for additional...

i think when they ask for adr. They asked me for adr on the same day of passing the medical.

if u r going to submit e-apr on nov 2. write a LOE stating that u hav applied for fbi pcc and it might take time seeing the current pattern of fbi. CIC will give you 60days extension from the date they will ask for ADR. so u will have enough time.

ok. there is a question again. if u say that agencies use channelers to process things faster , but the agencies take fingerprints on card and now u just said that channelers do not use fd-258 cards, they send electronic prints. Then how can an agency using FD258 card go through the channelers...

I think nobody is sure how it works. People are following what everyone is doing. even i am doing the same. i hav 30 days in first extenstion. by normal route i might need 2 more extensions till february if fbi doesnt speed up things. I just wanted that people who had got PCC through agencies...

i thought US has citizens and green card holders. if i fill my address of india,how can the agency change that to US address. U want to say that US permanent resident can put India's address on the fd-258 ? why would someone do that if he is US permanent resident. ??

how does that matter ? address thing ? i ordered my pcc ot my brother's address in US. fbi gives that offer. We can get it on any address.

ok. so u mean that they make a person a resident of US and then go through the channelers and get the PCC.Lets agree on it. but the address on the card is from India , not US. how can they change that ??
