I received eCOPR on 29th Nov but still waiting for both PR card and PPR for my India dependents. Is this normal? should i need to webform?

My dependents waiting for PPR but my understanding is that they will COPR along with stamped passport. Mostly it should be mail.

You can travel as long as having valid visa stamping, just that after coming you can renew your passport. I did the samething.

To my knowledge outland dependents should have their eCOPR which they will get it after passport sent and received.

when you mentioned CIC... is that portal account where eCOPR came or in IRCC application account? Because both of them are cic.gc.ca. I am waiting PR card and waiting PPR for my outland dependents.

Yesterday night received eCOPR for details uploaded by 25th Nov. I too received warning for 1680*1200 but ignored and submitted. Not seeing card status in portal... probably have to wait i guess :)

You are correct, eCOPR based on inland presence... Photo is for PR card. Portal message says that eCOPR will be provided once presence validated. So it should two separate process..

I do received same warning... I think some issue with site because my pic is 1680x1200 even then getting warning. Studio guy recommended to ignore that warning & submit it as few more reporting the same for last few days only. Funny part is that i tried uploading my friends pic who got PR card...
