Most of them not getting cic account update for dependent passport.... so your case should be good. For my PR card, tried all modes - emails, webforms, call (though not able to get to agent not once) :( ... even today tried 4 times to call... I will keep on trying and lets see :(

yes they did received stamped passport.... I am still waiting for PR card, its almost 5 months :(

I am in same situation... received ecopr by 29th nov'21. Emails, webform, calls...no impact and nothing changed yet. no option but waiting :( IRCC account also changed to approved and my outland dependents got stamped passport as well.

Finally my outland dependents received stamped passport.... Delhi IRCC took exact one month in our case... 1st March to Delhi and response by 1st Apr... Still i am waiting for my PR Card :( Any suggestion of getting connected with IRCC number... all my tries went with no luck...

My application has them as accompany, even in my ecopr they all have been listed as accompany. Today my application status changed to approved, after that i could see them listed with their document number. Not sure whether that is normal....

Today only IRCC site shows status as all our application approved. My dependents passport already at Delhi since 1st March... Hopefully they will send back stamped passports.

Probably re-confirm your presence and mention your ecopr date as well. Ensure your dependents include your ecopr as well in their packets to delhi ircc. I did the same and waiting for my dependents passports from delhi

That's the passport request for outland dependents and you need to raise webform to confirm your presence in Canada. Just follow the instruction as mentioned in PPR. Inland applicant doesn't have to send passport.

Is only email "DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" for delhi immigration right. My dependents still waiting for passport... its with Delhi IRCC since 1st March'22

I did included, few folks recommend to include that more over it made sense as well. One of the details asked about PA details which is already in eCOPR. Its better to include as don't want to take chances.

How long they took to get back to return passport? My dependents waiting for almost 4 weeks.

General recommendation wait till you get eCOPR before your dependents sending passport because there are cases passport returned stating PA copr not being there. If you know email for your VO then drop an email to them and ask for portal login creation.

Did you enabled for notification like SMS? they would have sent processing status right..
