I gave my test on Feb 18, tracker updated to completed on 22 Feb.

Yeah, the day I went to give my FP, there was a guy, He got FP request, his wife didn't. They applied together, have same travel history. He was so confused.

I know right!! And they don't even have any sequence or something! There are few people who submitted their FP after I did, their background have been changed to complete already.

Vancouver office has the biggest backlog of all the citizenship application offices.

Not always but most cases. I guess Vancouver office just send FP request to slow the process. So that they can clear other applications.

Its been 7 weeks for me! Still waiting

I submitted my FP on 16th Feb, 2022. 7 Weeks, no update in tracker. ECAS still asking me to "submit your Fingerprints" I contacted IRCC few weeks ago, they told me they have received it, its just not updated to ECAS. Vancouver office. Any suggestions?

email usually comes 2 days prior to the test window. So I would suggest you to wait. And do check your spam folder. It goes there sometime.
