I don’t believe calling IRCC will affect processing of your application. As they are just call centre people, they are not the ones processing your application. So I will suggest you call them and clear up the address confusion. I also had some address trouble in the beginning, I called IRCC...

Different in every case, for some people next day for others upto a month. So hang tight! I also did mine one Friday, tracker updated next working day.
