Only CIC would know this. My application was also submitted online on Aug-19

LoL, they have lots of options to take day offs.! As the cases are slowly rising I am sure they would slow down their work as well.

Congrats - I have heard people receive AORs in an interval of 10 mins to 2 hours, keep an eye on your inbox/junk mails.

The purpose of AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) is just that CIC has received your application and will review further. An application number (important one) is given. The best part here is that your application is not returned back. SO just relax and just wait, the journey to citizenship has...

Also, can you please share some details so the tracking sheet can be updated: Location, How many applications (single, family?), Physical presence days, application received date?

Did you check for any attachments in the email?
