I heard this in other posts - During your ceremony when you are in direct talks with the immigration officer, you can say your situation, share your flight details and they might be able to expedite the certificate delivery/pickup. Depends on case to case. Good Luck and keep us posted.

Sorry to hear that - Would suggest you try contacting CIC, either by Web Form or phone call. Meanwhile, I don't see your details on the sheet - can you please share location, single/family application, physical days, application sent & received date? Is your an online or paper application?

Thanks. I submitted the webform request today. Not sure how it will be confirmed that the address is changed? In ECAS atleast one can see their own address.

You all might be correct that application submitted online might not have access to ECAS, even I don't have to ECAS yet. But I want to change my address and seems like ECAS is the only way.! Anyone done address change successfully without ECAS?

Congrats.! It takes atleast one day for the application to reflect in the new system and you register it. In ecas system, it takes more than a day.

Your status is Received. ECAS portal is the main source.

I guess yours was paper application received by CIC on Aug-20. Sep-28 is the date when the team opened your package, put in the system and started reviewing your application. AOR date is when they communicated to you. You don't need to worry about these dates, this is how CIC works. Did you...

Wait for your application reflect in the portal. It tales couple of days. The "In Process" status in this portal is the real In Process status.

Does it show "In Process" when you check in below link? https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas

Oct-13 might be when the file was created internally. Your application has been received and is not In Process status in ecas.
