If it is in inactive stage you will be ok ( they put you for surveillance) but if it is in active stage they will find you inadmissible on medical ground.

I applied for PR april 2016 now I am at IP2 from 28 of February. So all together almost 25 months. Unbelievable

Ok... but first criminality check has been done by CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE in april 2016 and second most recent IN PROGRESS now is done by Office :GCMS-SYSTEM. My ELIGIBILITY,MEDICAL, is PASSED.

I ordered GCMS notes in may 2017 and under assessment I see criminality PASSED ( validity till 17.04.2017 RCMP) so over year ago and my most recent GCMS from april 2018 I see criminality IN PROGRESS ( old value-PASSED new value-IN PROGRESS) ??? Now they are running my Background check (IP2) So...

No this is first time till my medical and BGC has been changed on 28 february 2017 for we are processing your background check and medical Passed

I get ghost update today morning!!! Nothing has been changed!!! They running my criminality again because the old one been done 8 april 2017 so I assume criminality is valid for one year

I ordered GCMS notes and I had criminality PASSED ( may 2017 gcms notes)and now showing criminality-in progress. Maybe criminality expired and they do a new one. My medical has been updated showing PASSED

Hi, I did get my new GCMS but I can’t see a new passport has been updated Maybe I looked wrong. Instead I noticed that my previous CRIMINALITY( passed) has changed for IN PROGRESS. I don’t understand why. My last GCMS has been ordered may 2017. Any thoughts??? Thxxx
